We also partner with local universities offering tuition discounts for kin:pathic employees. Offering a 20% tuition discount through UNH, and a 10% tuition discount with UMass Lowell. I love working for kin:pathic. As a clinician, I love that we have a true team here. We all support one another and it's a very positive work environment. I have worked at K:P for a little over a year now and it has been, by far, one of the best companies I have ever worked for! The staff here are incredible and truly care about their clients/client's families, while basing their practices off of trauma-informed care in the field of ABA. I have never worked for a company where I felt like the "open door policy" was actually followed and encouraged, but Kinpathic prides themselves on this quality and I have never felt silenced by them or that my ideas were not welcome. K:P is on it's way to becoming the forefront for ABA services in NH!
